and Costs:

attorney William Schneikart.
Personal
injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis.�
If there is no recovery then there is no attorney’s
fee at all.� If a recovery is made, the attorney’s fee
will be a percentage of the recovery that is agreed
upon in a written contract and in accordance with Florida

Generally,
